2020 super duty with 7.3 gas engine!

I can’t wait to see how this new drivetrain shakes out. I have heard a lot good things about the motor at work.

I love my 6.2 Gas 2017 F-250 I just wish they didn't use leaf springs because the ride of my truck is HORRIBLE on bad roads which is about 70% of the roads I pull on.

What are you towing? The leafs are much stronger than coils but have a harsher ride and have way less spring sag. I'm not sure how the RAM with airbags rides, I'd assume it's somewhere between could and leafs.

I cant stand the wheel hop i get when i mash it to the floor.. it'll lay a nice 20 foot posi patch then hop like a mofo

I pull a trailer with a RAM 1500...I'd KILL for leaf springs. That thing sucks a fat one at towing.. Tried aftermarket bags, they always end up leaking. Eventually just put stiffer springs in. If the truck gets replaced I will insist on a Ford, though I am curious to see what the new Tundra will have to offer when it gets restyled.

I have mixed reviews with the new 7.3 Godzilla! Only because of the logistics of where it is being made (Essex Engine in Canada - Not Romeo Engine)

My buddy who works for Toyota testing tells me the new Tundra we be going to
a true 1/2 ton pick platform. The current one is more of a 3/4 ton.

A 5,600-Pound Toyota Tundra towed a 292,000-pound Space Shuttle Endeavour!
The Tundra is built in Texas.

My goal is to find a nice Tundra as well.

Sounds interesting. What I like about Toyota trucks is the lack of all the fancy tech - just give me a basic truck that works, and works, and works, and continues to work. I don't care about tech unless I know it's going to work, and that's what Toyota does best. My dad and I both drive 4runners, which are in my opinion, the 2nd best SUV you can buy in America. Second only to the Land Cruiser. I'm a luddite when it comes to cars these days, and I don't care about big HP numbers or 20" wheels. I want it to start every time I turn the key, and I want to drive it for as long as I can.

With that being said, I've always been a fan of the F series, though I've never owned one myself. I will certainly consider one in the future (but I'll probably just buy another Toyota :D ).

Oh, if we could get a 79 series over here I would do anything in my power to get one....! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tQFZO-1ndFY

About 2 months ago I drove a new Hilux diesel, you'd love that truck!
