2018 Lions Football thread

The best thing about the Stafford stat is that he only made 22 attempts. When he gets 50 attempts per game, you know the lions aren't running the ball. He would have another TD if Tate hadn't dropped that one too! It bounced off his hands!

Correct... and if I am not mistaken another one to Golladay got called back? (I was watching in spurts at work, saw that pass completed, looked away for a minute and then they were back on the 30?)

Could have easily been a 4 TD day

I can’t put it any other way. That interception was probably the worst play of Stafford’s career. Solid game up until that point. You just can’t make that mistake. 1st and goal and you force a throw and commit a crucial turnover.

I found myself laughing hysterically. Seattle gave them a couple of gifts which could have possibly turned the game around and our $100 million dollar man still found a way to embarrass himself and the team.

Wilson did what it took to win the game, no turn overs, played smart. Stafford did Stafford things, once again a chance to really kinda silence the critics and here we are.

The lack of a big-time pass rush really showed today. On the flip side, Stafford had a ton of time in the pocket, he just couldn't make the big throws.
