2018 Lions Football thread

I can't believe Stafford is so far off on the deep ball - he has made that thrown in the past to CJ and even guys currently on the team. He is getting the big bucks to hit those throws and he missed three or four of them. The officiating wasn't helping, but if he made a couple of those passes it wouldn't have mattered.

He's too tired to play....

The guy's got three pooping machines probably crying all night and I doubt if his stuck up wife gets up to feed them and makes him stay up all night trying to rock them back to sleep.

Why the Lions are losing:

Lions won. Super bowl bound for sure. Where’s it at next year? Need to start looking for hotel options. ;)

LOL Absent for two weeks then he shows up, kinda like Stafford!

Damn, last week I though we were Super Bowl bound.....:nopity::beatdeadh

Sometimes it's not who you play, but when you play them. Pats had a lot of injuries and they'll only improve as the season rolls on.

The Lions will play much better too, once them and their competition are mathematically eliminated.

Pats are back to ass kicking after getting their 8 good starters back on the line. I'd like to see the Lions play them now.

Solid win for the Lions yesterday. More steady play from Stafford. Running game is looking better and playing with a lead is nice, isn’t it?

Agree... they seem to play at home better then any place else.. the crowd definitely helps out... but if their kicker didnt miss all them FG might of been a different story today

They won the game because they scored points off the turnovers too. Many times the Lions couldn't capitalize and still lost. Not a bad outing. They have a ways to go though.

It’s funny... when the Lions lose and somebody says “If they would have done blah blah blah they would have won!” and the haters say “but they didn’t and they lost.” When the Lions win, they say “Well if the *insert losing team here* would have done blah blah blah the Lions would have lost!” Whenever Stafford has a good game and the Lions lose, nobody cares about the stats, just the final score... why is this any different?
