2016 Lions thread........discuss or discust?

officiating affected the hawks score. The lions affected theirs. Their offense was anemic at best.

Lions own another record. Longest post season losing streak. Awesome ! Ford family has to be proud of that one!
 
If only they played the jags, or Chicago, or any of the other teams they won against during the regular season....Too bad they had to play a good team....Stafford for MVP.

They had control of their season then met serious competition and couldn't handle it.

Stafford and his offense fail to show up in another big game. Anyone suprised? I'm not.

Lions went 0-6 against playoff caliber teams this season.
 
Six dropped passes (three that would have been 3rd down conversions)
Three huge personal fouls
Half a dozen terrible or missed calls

Stafford and Prater played well. Ansah played well. Zenner played OK.

You're such an apologist for this sorry ass team. I'm starting to believe you work in their social media dept out here trying to garner team support. Hope they pay well.
 
I wonder if my kids will live long enough to see them win in the playoffs, I don't think I'll make it. :roll:

The "team" is awful plain and simple.

You aren't good at reading, are you? I'm an apologist? I made three main points, one was the officials and two were critical of the team. You realize that you're quoting my post where I am critical of them dropping key passes and taking stupid penalties, right?

I guess, since you're not talking about those comments, by default you're saying that this was a well officiated game?

It's the NFL. No games are officiated well. It's part of the game. Good teams deal with it.
