It's a hard call. Both very nice SUVs and I'm more than lucky to be able to have 2 cars like this to chose from, but the day of 2 cars with 2 payments and have one of them just sitting in the garage is about over. My family needs my help and the HC needs to go. I have a buyer for the HC and the dealer is taking my Sierra in on trade.
Both the jeep and caddie will have a payment within 60 dollars of each other, so it's a hard decision. I love cars and always will, so that is why I keep leaning toward the SRT. It's good for everyday use, but you can still hang out on WW and car events. That caddie is nice, but does not have any real fun factor to it. If I was to lower it and do a nice set of wheels, it would stand out from the norm, but the fun factor is just not there IMO. The only reason I have not said yes to the jeep, is being 6.2, the jeep tends to feel a bit small.
The market is just missing a bad ass larger size suv that is fast and fun at the same time. Only real option is the jeep and it's just a tad to small for us taller guys.
I'm not worried room for the family, we have a full size vechile for family events and trips that require the extra room.
It's a hard decision either way, as I have worked my ass off for over 20 years to be able to have 2 cars, but times change and life happens, so it on to the next chapter.
Thx for the input.
