Anyone see any at the dealers yet? Debating on getting one. I've been wanting a pickup but I can't afford 43k+ for a crewcab fullsize. I want to take a look at one but haven't seen any at the dealers yet.

should be on lots around december january, 7k tow rating for the V6 if it was me wait a year and get the diesel

These new chevy vehicles are starting to look foreign I seen a chevy orlando on the road yesterday and thought it was a honda. Also those colorados look foreign as well in my eyes anyway. The colorados look like a toyota tacoma from the side and back

The interior of the truck I got to sit in borrows a lot from the bigger trucks, the interior was smaller, but well sized, like being in a Malibu. Just enough width to keep the driver and passenger from bumping elbows on the console.
It covers the towing requirements I typically have (5500-5700 car with trailer) The price tag for a Crew Cab 4x4 is $10k cheaper than a Silverado.
Something to think about.

I don't know how they are going to sell when you can get a Silverado for $7000 off sticker. If you have a trade in they give you an extra $1500 right now too. I think they are nice trucks, though.

Well the Orlando is Korean, and the new Colorado/Canyon are trucks that have been on sale in Australia and SE Asia for 2-3 years now. That is why they look "foreign"

Next year they come with the 2.8l Duramax. Its been used in the same Colorado in Australia (as a Holden) for the past year or so and its an amazing little truck. Crew Cab 4WD diesel that gets 29mpg and has a tow rating of 7,700lbs. I'm planning on buying one, probably in GMC form. VERY impressed by its numbers across the pond.

Ain't seem one of them there Yoda Titans before. My buddy had a Fodge once, but never seen a Toyota Titan :)..

Agreed on the Chevy - I don't care for the looks of the Colorado. The Canyon, I dig it. I still like the Sierra better, but I think the Canyon is a great looking slightly smaller truck (they still aren't tiny, very sizable for their class).

For me it all comes down to the cost. I like the canyon better but wasn't liking some of the order option restrictions. I'm all in favor of a diesel, but for my job, they pay for a portion of the vehicle and a per mile rate, which is only based on gasoline; they won't add a diesel rate. I've ran the math and it doesn't pay unfortunately. I'm just glad to see a capable pickup in the $30's again. Truck pricing has gotten way out of hand.

Saw a Colorado filling up on Friday. I prefer the looks of the Canyon. I'm curious to see if the small trucks force other OEMs to respond.
