Personally, I'd rather have the Icon with the Mercedes powertrain. I'd call it the "Nickel and Daimler".

Derelict looks like a ton of fun, but that Benz is down right fast! 11's in a a wagon, factory, is crazy. But the Derelict looks like more smiles per gallon. Sweet video.

I saw this yesterday. Great video and entertaining. That MB is the real deal. Quicker than snot and sounds like a real muscle car. The ULTIMATE wagon but at 103k to start its damn expensive.
The Icon is built with hot rod money so of course it actually costs MORE than the Mercedes. I would think you might be able to make your own cheaper doing all the work. The MB on the other hand comes with a warranty.
