2012 durango issue

wife has a 2012 Durango v6 on way to work today she said when she got on freeway and gave it gas it was hesitating and when she got to 6- mph the check engine lite started to flash.. she slowed down the light stop and when she gave it gas again did the same thing. I haven't had a chance to scan it yet but anyone have a idea what it could be?

Flashing CEL = Misfire. Countless issues can cause a misfire so would have to see the vehicle and scan it for codes. Sorry I couldn't help more.

could be tons of things. maybe a lean misfire

code came back as cyclinder 3 misfire. Having the all plugs and a new coil put on it
