This is the view from my desk lol, not too bad. 2012 Audi R8 GT! ONLY 90 of them in the United State, only 333 in the world. I had a chance to drive one, the thing moves and it gets MASSIVE attention. The exhaust note is so sexy. If you know anyone that is interested in it, let me know, its for sale.

It is actually used, about 1,100 miles on it or so. MSRP was right around $225,000 if I remember. There are only a couple of these in Michigan, Justin Verlander being one of them.

Just thought I would share because it is not a car you see often.

sweet car! I rode in the R8 V10 Spyder.....its amazing. I couldn't believe the power. Plus the AWD is like nothing I have ever seen. We had it going sideways around corners. The torque vectoring differential is pretty friggen cool.

I have a stupid-er question.......what's with the small secondary rear caliper?? E-brake??

And to add to Quick86's response...Brembo calipers do not have built in parking brake capability. Thus, they require a stand alone caliper.

And yes, it's what was in the movie. I believe he may have driven an R8 Spyder though.

So nice, saw one the other day get on it, but it was just the regular r8. Which is still an amazing car though. Love the look and sound of them. Not too over the top flashy like some other high end cars

Honestly, that's what I call a cool story bro. Such a riveting tale, I honestly copy and pasted it to word, saved on my hard drive, backed it up on a jump drive, drove to the bank, put the jump drive in the safe deposit box, and will leave it there until my kids turn about 12 (when they can actually state their age, and ask what it is I'm showing them), when I will pick it up, put it in an old USB drive reader and relay this cool story to them and tell them, "kids, this is what a cool story should look and sound like...not like the stories your generation tells.
