So....I've been sitting on this one for a few weeks :lol:

Shaun(Stinger1982) put together a care package for Joe(easy2c) when he was deployed last year. It's something Shaun is definitely passionate about, and I think it's hard for a civilian to grasp how much something as simple as that can mean to a soldier stationed away from home.

So as much as Shaun did it as a selfless act, Joe decided to do a little something to show his appreciation. So he had me build this sculpture of Shaun's new 'Stang. I didn't realize he was switching the wing...but I did go with the Rousch fascia :D

Joe and Shaun sound like pretty good guys as well - nice job :cool:
 
The work Josh did on this is epic.

I truely had no idea what a simple care pack of stuff like car magazines (lots of them) a few playboys and some dark chocolate Reese's cups can mean to someone that far from home. But Joe is a true hero and we should all say thank you to him (and +1 him when hey comes in this thread).

Thanks again to all involved, it was hard to keep my composure when I got this, I have amazing friends.
