Good for him. I hope me makes millions in the NFL.

hes already lost about 30 by going to the supplemental draft over the normal draft, besides hes was doing pretty good at OSU, I wonder does he have to give part of the signing bonus back?

Pryor wont get drafted , well maybe as a wide out, he will never be a qb in the nfl , hes another Vince young with a whole lot less talent..

Brady Hoke is going to take a shit in the shape of the Block M right in the middle of the horse shoe this year.

Why, is he that afraid of getting his ass whipped like RichRod?

Fuck off swifster, this is a Michigan thread. You should be online looking for tickets out to CO anyways for Linthicum's hearing. Maybe you can help foot the bill for the guy he punched in the face.

That was already handled. Probation for a year and a fine. And as much as it chaps UM slappys, he'll be on the field along with Bullough during the 1st game against Younstown State.

I like how UM had another CB bail out on the program. And just like RichRod changing the program in '08, Brady's offense will be lucky to put 10 points on the board. Why? Let's run a pro style offense with spread players. Robinson sucked ass in the spring game. Good luck with that. At least the 'D' should better. The Weasels should only be giving up 30-35 points this year. How's the kicking game? Bwahahaha!

this whole business is some serious bullshit.....these are hardly serious offenses, but it seems the witch hunt is on. no matter, i stand behind our program and it's accomplishments. like i've said before, if we'd have been stinking up the conference like you-know-who has been for some time, nobody would even give a flying fuck. bring it on bitches, we'll just see how the season plays out...........who knows, maybe a bit of parity will make "the game" meaningful again.....:dunno:

I'm heading out the door, so I can't reseach this right now, but it seems what I've read off of ESPN said he was never specifically questioned, unlike Bruce Pearl who was, by the NCAA. He lied to his bosses, or didn't bring it up. Bad? Absolutely. Any other penalties? I doubt it.

375 secondary violations? that's almost 40 a year. Do you have something to verify that? The other end of that is that the NCAA can't fire a coach. If OSU loves the guy, he'll still coach the team. Seriously, the players were penalized by the NCAA. Their 'crime' is no different than it was in December. I don't see them being penalized further.

Crime isn't different, investigation wasn't done.

Then there is this http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=6194162

In May of 2009, The Columbus Dispatch reported that since 2000, Ohio State had reported to the NCAA more than 375 violations -- the most of any of the 69 Football Bowl Subdivision schools that provided documents to the newspaper through public-records requests. Most of the infractions were minor and resulted in little or no punishment.

Christian was told he'd be fighting for a back up spot. He decided to transfer. Sucks for depth, but you can't have kids not wanting to fight for a spot. I'm sure there will be more kids leaving, but really the numbers have been small so far.

Same kickers as last year, how would that change this spring? The kid coming in wasn't here for spring ball.

Witch hunt? The NCAA doesn't like getting lied to. Ask Dez Bryant. Musta been a witch hunt for him too.

There's a difference between the initial violation and the subsequent violation by Tressel. It's one thing to say the kids selling stuff was a minor violation and stupid. To say Tressel lied shows a lot about his integrity and the integrity of the organization as a whole.

I was referring to the bar fight in CO, not the OSU stuff.

I still don't see this being a big issue with OSU. They weren't hit with 'Lack of Institutional Control' or other stuff like that. Possible talk OSU would have to forfiet last years games. All water under the bridge at least as far as MSU is concerned. OSU went to the Sugar Bowl as a co-Champion but you can't replay all of that. If there is a punishment from the NCAA, it'll probably be all on Tressel as far as punishment. Suspension? Fine?
