Selling my 2009 Yamaha FX Nytro snowmobile. I am not sure if I will have to time ride this year so I don't want to have it just sit and collect dust. I am the second owner. I bought it from Tom Kempf, one of the guys that I ride with, in December last year. He bought it brand new at the end of the season in 2010. When I bought it from him it had 2200 miles on it. The sled now has 34XX miles. Fluids have been changed every season, from crankcase to engine oil, and the suspension is nice and tight (some of these sleds have loose ball joints in the front). Additionally, the notorious radiator mounts are not broken in any way on this sled, to give you an idea of how it was ridden. This is the absolute nicest riding sled I have ever owned. Doesnt leave you feeling like crap after a day of bad trails and handles the off trail stuff like it is a 144 due to the 1.25 inch ripsaw on it. Details follow;

-3422 Miles
-Studded with double backers
-Carbides replaced last year at 3100 miles
-All decals removed (really makes the sled look sharp)
-Polished Tunnel
-Silver Star Bulbs
-Apex cigarette lighter added for heated windshield
-Billet ski loops, gas cap, and brake cylinder cover
-Hauck Husher full exhaust (this includes the header and muffler) +10hp
-Hauck Clutch kit (great backshifting and awesome throttle response)
-Low windshield (also have the tall one which will be included with the sale)

Average retail on this sled is $7700 with no add ons. The header and muffler were $800, the clutch kit was another $350. Im asking $7500

The yellow light that is on is for the low fuel and the red light stay on until the motor is fully warmed.

I forgot to mention that the sled was always trailered in an enclosed and stored in a heated garage in the winter. We usually left right from Stenods cottage up north where the sleds were parked all winter and a few trips up the the UP.

thank you. it was an awesome sled for me and it will make an awesome sled for someone else. not to mention it draws a crowd with the exhaust and clean look. i was always getting compliments.

also. this sled, with the way it is modded and clutched, is the fastest of the nytros in our group. in the speed run at tip up town with stenod behind the throttle of all three nytros this one went 85 mph. Kempf's brand new 11 Nytro SE with exhaust only went 83 mph and joes brothers 09 RTX with clutch only went 82. I have ridden Tom's SE and Gregs RTX and this one will out top speed them as well going into the triple digits with my heavy ass on it.

Lmfao. That's right I forgot about that sweet red drop top. Alright deal but only if she comes with it. Jk but seriously if she rocks that out to WW once I'll give her a ride in the z. I can only imagine how funny it would be to see her rolling through the caribou parking lot and legitimately backing it into a spot on a Friday night. I'm already lmfao

well thats the plan she wants something to cruise around the track in so being the good big brother that i am its getting set on a frame with either an old sled motor or a 125cc dirtbike motor but she will be pulling in to caibou with it

Lmao very cool. U gonna make it a two seater so u can cruise around he track too? As long as it does burnouts it won't need reverse either...
 
bad ass sled i kno jeff and knows he takes care of his stuff good seller too very honest glws jeff and when the saleen gets droped off its coming with a system :)
 
Fuck reverse we are going to try to make it a two seater I've done a 125 in a go cart once before but there isn't much room for me to put a rachet style shifter in it so a sled motor with the clutch typ setup will probably be what its going to get.
 
ttt. going on craigslist again today. new deal. My motown price will now be $7200 it'll be up on craigslist for $7500
