2009 Honda CR-V EX-L AWD. Alabaster Silver metallic with black leather interior. 2.4L 4-cylinder engine (177hp) with 5-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive (AWD). 62,513 miles. The EX-L model is the top trim level and is well equipped with AM/FM/MP3 ratio with aux input, power sunroof, dark tinted windows (rear), power & heated seats. This is a very well maintained 1 non-smoking owner CR-V which is in excellent condition. These vehicles are rated for 20mpg city & 26mpg highway.
Below is a description of each area of the vehicle.
Body: The body is straight zero damage. This vehicle has never been in an accident. All body panels are exactly as they left the factory.
Paint: The silver paint is original and in excellent condition. This vehicle has been garaged thorough its life, both at in the daytime (at work) and the evening (at home). This car has always been regularly hand-washed and waxed using Collinite: it has never been through a car wash. The paint has excellent shine and zero swirl marks. The front has a few stone chips expected with 62k miles of use.
Underbody: The frame and underbody is clean and corrosion free. It has been regularly washed during the winter.
Interior: The interior is in excellent condition with all components present and functional. The carpet has been protected by WeatherTech rubber floor mats in the winter since new (included with sale). The leather seats has been regularly treated with protectant. There are no stains or smells in the interior.
HVAC: Both the heat and AC systems work flawlessly.
Engine & Transmission: Both the engine and transmission are correct and original to the car: neither have required a major repair. The oil has been changed regularly according to the oil life monitor. The engine has used AMSOIL or Mobil One 5W20 oil and Honda filters since new. Complete maintenance records are included.
Wheels & Tires: Factory 17” wheels with newer 225/65R17 Michelin Defender tires. These wheels are in excellent condition with no curb rash.
The car was purchased from Tamaroff Honda in Southfield, MI in September 2009. We simply love the car: it drives very well (good steering and brakes) and is very practical. The only reason it is for sale is that I recently received a company car and no longer have a need for a daily vehicle.
