I spoke with Mary at KOA. We can tent camp on a camper site as long as we don't go onto the next spots land. As for getting specific sites, she said that typically they assign the spots due to many of the spots being for "regular" campers that come there year after year. If we reserve soon, we can probably get the spots we want.

It sounds like we need to find a campsite that will guarantee us the sites we want when we pay for them. Hopes and dreams on getting the sites we want sounds like a shitty plan. Having us spread about the entire ground sounds like a bad idea for other paying campers. :lol:stalker said:

Now that i'm done busting your balls Ry, thanks for calling. We should make it a point to tell Mary and freinds at KOA if we pay now they better lock us in, not "we'll you have a good chance". WE might be regulars if they let us get those spots we want. It might work out well and we will go there every year from now on. Plus who the hell will want those ones in the back anyways? If they do have so called "regulars" then they will have a list for car show weekend and know if those spots have been taken by regulars or not.

The reason I used a name was so that when one of us talked to someone later to reserve, we can say that we talked with Mary on 10/05/06 and she said.... How many assholes we got on this ship anyway! LOL
