2006 Silverado Crank potion sensor relearn. Where to take it to for this?

I recently bought a 2006 Silverado 2500HD 6.0L that I plan on driving for a while and then putting the motor in my Jeep. Truck runs good but starting at 58 mph the check engine light flashes. Throws the code P0300. (Random misfire). After reading way to much on the web I found quite a few other people posting the same problem with the solution ending up being having the crank position sensor relearned. Now to my question are there any local shops I could take it to for this? Or do I have to go to the dealer.
