Yes they did come from the plant with a cover, No the pulley has never been changed. I bought the car at 9,000 miles stock, and it literally has collected dust. Yes this car is the gorgeous, It's a shame I don't even drive it.

Not the OE that came with the car, one will go with the vehicle though. I was kinda disappointed that it didn't have it either.
