Short or long shaft? Pics of the motor?

20inch shaft, i will try and get pics for you. the wiring harness is also there, no control box. the control box worked with the new 60 4 stroke that i installed. again motor was running the whole time until key turned off, then would not restart because it had caught fire and luckily put itself out. cowl has a small scuff/crack on corner but does not effect anything. oil tank still good, it looked like the voltage reg went bad and caused some wiring to catch fire. any questions, please call.
