Oh the Irony....
:btchfight
i had an identical truck like the one in the picture except mine was an 04. i absolutley loved it! I bought in brand new in november of 04 and sold it in feb or march of 06 and i miss that truck. im a total GM fan but that truck has to be the most fun vehicle i ever owned; not the fastest but the most fun for sure.
Not sure what thats about :icon_ques
Yha i know you hade a lightning im a member of (MLOC) i tryed to buy that panhard bar from you but i think you sold it. The 2 bails of straw i would of love to have seen the look on their face ...Brian :cheers:B'cuz you're a newbie.... it's a joke.
I had a '99, lowered 435hp/522rq at the rear wheels, tasteful appearance mods (tint, cervani rear spoiler) stock engine, stock blower (ported), JLP Lift bars, Strange 10 way adjustable shocks on the rear yada yada yada....
ran a best of 12.4 @ 110, not bad for a farm truck.
Then I added more parts (headers, aftermarket valve springs) and never had it re-dyno'd or back to the track. It was breathing a lot better after those simple mods.
I cruised Woodward and raced a few kids... they were pissed when I pulled back the toneau cover and had 2 bails of straw in the bed... they thought I was going to show them the nitrous bottles.. (never had nitrous).
Thanks fo the info. ill see if he want to sell it...Brianwydopnthrtl on MILOC has that Panhard bar. He hasn't installed it yet.
