Selling my wife's 2003 Ford Taurus SE.
118,780 Miles
3.0 U engine code (pushrod v6 vulcan motor)
Power windows/power locks/AC/multidisc factory CD player in center counsel
Runs/Drives good.
Has typical taurus rust shown in pictures around wheel wells, and some on passenger side floor board.
Leaks a little coolant from front timing cover (common)
Recently did new coil, plugs, wires.
Front pads and rotors were replaced last summer along with RF wheel bearing.
Did quick struts probably 3 years ago in the rear.
Pass side front control arm was replaced last year due to blown out rear bushing on arm.
Coolant pipe/hose assembly was replaced a few years ago.
A/C compressor clutch makes a little noise every once in a while but functions properly.
Has an occasional misfire, which has never been a problem. May be an injector as I already replaced plugs/wires/coil.
Has been in her family since new. Grandma bought it new, sold it to her mom and dad a few years later, and then sold it to us. Oil was always changed on time by grandma, her dad changed it when he could, if not he took it to a quick lube. I have always changed the oil since we owned it for the last few years. (3k mile interval with mobil 1 oil and motorcraft filter typically)
Miles will go up a little bit over the next day or so since she will be driving it to work.
Located in Allen Park. $2100 OBO - - Call or text 734-765-2692
