2002/1969 Camaro

Improvement over what it looks like off the showroom, but still hideous. Cut the roof lower, lower the ride height and roll the rockers and it would be much better. As said A+ for the workmanship.

The car needs to be tucked in around the lower doors and it would work better..

I guess i haven't caught onto this whole "lets put old shit on new cars" yet..

I am not a huge fan of them. They took a 4th gen f-body and grafted on the 1st gen sheet metal. The 4th windshield lines don't flow with the 1st gen body well. I have seen a bunch of kits / custom jobs where people did this. The key is picking a starter car that matches what you are grafting onto it. There are kits that used the Thunderbirds (they looked pretty good with a 40's-50's style front/rear grafted on), S-10's (not a fan of that thing). My dad and I came across something that was grafted onto a 4th gen firebird at Woodward this year too. It was OK but that windshield still didn't seem to go right with the style either.

While I appreciate the workmanship that goes into making them, I am not a big fan of the finished product. It's like the ugly stepchild of a 1st gen & 4th gen love affair.

Here's that other car I saw on WW this year.
