2001 Astro Mini Van LS
- Bullet proof proven 4.3 v6
- 2 wheel drive
- No rust or signs of rust what so ever.
- Always Garage Kept when not on long trips.
- Tow pkg, though never used for towing
- 202,600 miles (95% Highway - no joke)
- Never burns oil, no leaks
- Great Tires
- New Front brakes (Back were done 2 years ago but are still like new)
- Original exhaust - no leaks
- No Accidents
- Ice cold A/C
- New Fuel Pump last Aug (Changed at a Dealer while on Trip to California)
- New Battery before last winter
- Had complete tune up (will need to find out date)
- Back seats have NEVER been used - Helped him put them back in from being stored in his spare Bedroom
- Front Drivers seat always had a cover
- Have a roof rack, but he took it off as soon as he bought it.
- EVERYTHING works, no Issues what so ever!
- Clean / Clear Title in hand (I am selling for him)

This thing is seriously great shape, just a lot of miles. NEVER an issue except the Fuel pump, but is now new.
He is honestly sad to see it go. Just bought a new EDGE for his next trip soon.
Van was just in Florida Last month.
The BAD
- ABS light is on
- Arm rest has a few cracks (Drivers side only)
- one small door ding
- one small scuff on front bumper
This is my Father-In Law's and he has owned it from new. He is 72 and he bought this new when he retired.
He is one of the most anal people I know when it comes to his ride. It seriously is the nicest Astro around.
Little History on this Van
- Has had an oil change religiously every 4500 miles (why 4500 not sure but that was the miles he made sure)
- Had its 1st oil Change 2 weeks after purchase in Wyoming.
- Had its second oil change in Fairbanks Alaska.
- Has been in every US State (except Hawaii of course)
- Been to 49 different National Parks
Trips (he kept track of all this stuff)
- Florida 12 times
- Alaska 1 time
- California 7 times (Niece lives there)
- Las Vegas 7 times
- Texas 8 times
- New River Bridge Virginia 10 times (to see the Bridge jumps)
- Washington D.C 19 times (Family there)
- Dayton Ohio 34 times (Daughter lives there)
- Mackinaw Bridge walk 10 times
- Many other trips
- Has been parked at 423 different hotels for the night.
He is the most detailed, most organized person I know.
