Went 8.90 @ 157 today. Still a ton left in it.....Pig rich, needs a bunch more timing, and the rear suspension needs some stiffening..LOL but this is still only 14 psi total boost. Going to pull some fuel, add some timing and get the bouncing out of it, and see what it does at the same boost in 60 degree air tomorrow!

What class are you running in? Nice pass!

Just running in Open Comp to get my feet wet with this turbo setup. Currently the #3 qualifier with a .015 R/T, also quick ET and high MPH. LOL..About to get booted from open comp for going quicker than 8.80. We'll just have to pull some power during elims to keep from going home early.

That is frickin AWESOME Steve!!! Congrats, it's really coming alive now!

Thanks Joe! It's definately flying on the boost we are making. just finished adjusting the fuel map...between these changes and the cooler temps it should pick up a bit more.

Thanks guys! We are getting there. It probably has an 8.50 in it on the 14 psi were at right now...the map adjustments should help as well as the cooler air today. The timing will likely make the most difference, but we may or may not even get the chance to play with it before eliminations tomorrow morning. Besides we can't go any faster than 8.70 in elmins so I don't see the point on puting more power to it until we get back home a do more testing.

Thanks again guys! we worked a bit on the 60ft, and with no other changes it went 8.87 @ 158, again on 14 psi. It is still pig rich, so bad that due to other track delays we were rushed and had to warm the car up in the staging lanes and it fouled the plugs. The next pass was a 9.00 @ 153 because it just would not come up on boost. We'll get it warmed up and switch to a fresh set in the morning and let it rip. When the plugs are good (lol) the car is very consistent and we may actually try to win some cash so the ETs for the rest of the race will remain at 8.8X...until I do something stupid or redlight, etc.

Here's a vid of the 8.87 pass.

Just got back from the event....Went 3 rounds and had and -.042 red light..oh well.

Now for the good news. With only fuel adjustments, no timing changes, and it is still a bit fat we went a few more 8 second passes, with the fastest being an 8.70 @ 160 (5.62 @ 128 in the 1/8th). This is still on only 14 psi. going to see about bringing it in a bit sooner. It should go 8.50's on 14 psi.

Wow Steve thats great! All that hard work paid off!

Thanks!! Yeah we are getting there...quicker than I thought we would. But like I have said before, we have some great people in out corner, and without their help we would not be progressing so quickly. I think the full 25.5 update may be needed much sooner than I thought..lol

Great job Steve. Chassis looks MUCH BETTER in the second video. Please take that tune up out of the AMS before you street drive that thing again!
