If this was around 2 months ago... Buddy at work bought a friends jeep with the 4L, which spit a rod throughout block after 210k. He looked everywhere for a used running 4L, most of which were in the $1k+ range. He ended up selling the jeep for scrap price because he couldn't get a break on the engine.
