I was planning on driving this for the winter, but with the TBSS that is probably not going to happen. Since I am not planning on driving it, I figure I will get some money out of it for winter Z28 projects. It has high miles (180,000) but is still solid. It could make a daily driver no problem. All the work was performed by Sean at CARS except for the minor stuff. I am the second owner, and it has always had mobile 1 in it.
It has a bunch of new parts:
- Trans - used one with a little over one 1 year of warranty left.
- Tires - Toyo Proxy Off-Roads with almost no miles (Tx to Trbobuick).
- Front end was rebulit along with steering gear.
- Recent tune up, starts perfect.
- 5.7 Liter V8 still has great oil pressure (20+ psi oil pressure at hot idle).
- Intake seals and EGR recently replaced.
- Plastic bedliner.
The body has it's share of scratches and dings, but there are no major rust spots. The driver seat is starting to lean a little, and there is a small PS leak.
$2900 is way below book, so the price is firm. Send PM if interested. I will gets some pics up tonight.
