1997 Ford Explorer XLT 5.0 AWD

My brother is looking to sell his '97 Explorer. It's a loaded XLT with fulltime AWD. Runs like a champ. I've worked on this truck for him and can vouch for it's mechanical condition. It's got newer tires (Wrangler RT-A's I want to say??), new alternator, new serp belt, new ball joints, newer drivers front spindle, always had it's oil changed every 3000-3500 miles... Leather interior.. I want to say it's got 160k on it.

He'd like to get $2500 for it if he could. Pictures to come soon.

Damn good year and drivetrain, those will last for a lot of miles if taken care of well!

Yup. He loves the truck. The only reason he is selling it is because he drives so damn far to work and wants something that will get him better fuel mileage. If I had the money, I'd buy the truck.

I talked to him. He'll get me pics in 2-3 days. He works like 4-10 hour days, so he doesn't have much time to give it a bath and take pictures in the day light on these days. I'm guessing it will be wednesday night/thursday when I get the pics.
