my1997 chevy blazer will turn over but wont start? new coil wires fuel filter? any ideals ?Thanks gary

Those have a tendency to wipe out the distributor gear. Or the distributor itself may be bad preventing spark and/or injector pulse.

it has fuel pressure...it will start sometimes but stalls and than wont start? Not sure how to test injector pluse? it aslo blows ignition fuse sometimes....

My dad has a 2001 and it gets wet under the cap after a lot of rain or if it sits for kore than a few days, a good soakin with some wd40 gets it goin everytime.just an idea

damn i just fixxed one a few months back was doing the same thing,,,this one would run for days then blow the fuse out of nowhere...
i want to say the 02 sensor was bad causing the fuse to blow ,they have a heater circuit that heats up the 02 when you turn the key on,
deffinatly coud be the distrib gear . done a million of them, but it wouldnt start back up if that was the case,
if there 2psi low on fuel pressure they wont start either (but would still spark)
or if the fuel pump is bad it could blow the fuse also, if it blows instantly when you turn the key on start unplugging stuff till it dosent blow it lol
thats my hillbilly method
