I am selling my winter car. It is a 1996 Subaru Legacy Outback Wagon, All wheel drive. Everything works on this car, new tune up, oil change, just put 4 new tires on it January 3rd. I bought this last year because I was travelling up to Cheboygan to work (150 miles/day) and it gets great gas mileage. It has the 2.5L engine (bigger of the 2 offered) No turbo, automatic trans, all wheel drive. I have found this to be unstoppable in the snow, better than my 03 Sierra actually. Interior is in good shape, no rip/tears, there is a Sony stereo with a CDplayer, sounds decent, but not HiFi by todays standards. Odometer is 135XXX. My understanding is that these run for well over 200k easy. I bought it in 05 with 125k.
What's wrong: Nothing mechanical, small rust spot o nthe LR wheel well, RR quarter has small dent, could be pushed out, but I am no body man. Come to think of it could use fronnt brake pads, just did the rears. All else is good.
KBB Good is 4695, Fair is 4085, took fair and added recent money put into it:
$4600 firm. PM if interested. Will get pics later.
