BUT in years when they offer a unique anniversary option, I would say that NO its doesn't qualify. but thats my opinion.

The unique option was the ruby red paint But GM didn't make 2 owners manuals, and they were celebrating the 40th year of the Corvette, so they put "anniversary" all over everything.
