Had this up as complete before selling as a roller now.


Getting rid of my car tired of looking at this thing in my garage, Ran 10.50's on the motor i had in it. Serious inqires please. no trades for boats,bikes, or hot rods I'm getting out of the race sciene, selling the house and going to move, will trade for a daily driver, or straight up cash. Vehicle Description



The car has been completly redone from the ground up.

It was stripped of every nut and bolt and loaded on a trailer and walnut blasted, then brought home to reassemble her. This is one of the cleanest notchbacks you could ever find 99.9% rust free and free of bondo. (metal glaze wasused in some areas). A pillar lead welds were removed and replaced with welds, I have over 300 photos of the car.

Here's the break down.

The car was purchased from someone who raced it and stored it in the winter. I brought the car home. I installed through the floor sub frame connectors, lower and upper battle boxes. The car currently had the chromoly 6 point tig welded roll cage. I then striped everything of of it (and i mean everything the car was a shell). The car was taken to a shop about 50 miles from me and walnut blasted at modern stripping. I then brought the car back and put it in self etching primer and then a high build primer. I then removed the lead welds from the a pillers and welded them solid, fixed were the doors fastened to the car. In the engine bay i welded up al the holes with the exception of a few i planned on using and ginded them down. Then another coat of hih build primer was added. The car was then sanded a little body work (small dent etc) and painted with dupont 99k black and cleared ( 3 coats of black and clear on the top and underneath the car) Then the car started being assemble.

Fuel system

BG 400 pump -10 supply -8 return
2 mallory 4207 regulators (1 for fuel1 for NOS)
-10 braided from pump to Y block in front fender -8 braided to regulators
-6 braided to carb
-6 braided to NOS
Fuel system is 100% AN fittings and braided line
Stock sumped tank with -8 an fitting welded to the top for the return

Exhaust

bbk log tube ceramic headers 1 3/4 pimarys 3" collectors
Now i know BBK dosn't make this header so it had to be fabricated. We cut the ball off the end to open the collector to 3" because the ball socket opening is only 2 1/2" by utting this off you now have a 3" opening. We then cut off the ball sockets off of the prochamber and then welded v-ban clamps to attach the 2 together these clamps are often used in turbo applications. This allowed me to have the headers i wanted and i'm able to take them off easy with only having to take off one bolt.

Guys I've ridden in the car and it's one of the smoothest, mostly cleanly built cars I've seen ever!!! Way too many hours of fab work to count!!! I only wish I had the extra money!!!
