1990 Mustang...

Last night took a bunch of degreaser and waxer to the underside of the car with scotch bright pads and red shop rags to clean it up of loose dirt and grim before I Chassis Saver it...



So after we cleaned up the underside... I wanted to seal up the underside of the car since the floor pans were cut up and the wheel tubs weren't fully welded... I don't want smoke coming inside the car duing a burnout... So I took body caulk/seam sealer to the underside of the car to seal the tubs, floor pans, and wherever needed to be sealed...


 
Doing a nice job man...although I dont think we've met, I've been on here for a few yrs and watched you take a beating so nice to see you answering back in such a big way
 
Tonight the trans gets yanked out and the underside will got painted and some of the inside also...


Got a bunch of new parts that I will get pictures later...
Team Z upper and lower control arms... Tow hook... And wing from Team Z...


Also the Stroud Air Activated Parachute Release system showed up...

Tonight after bowling I'm probally going to go back and start hitting the cage in the hard to reach spots before I bring it off...



Oh and word to the wise... If you get Chassis Saver on you... Hit it with some brake clean and a rag... You're good to go...
