my 1989 corsica runs very rough below 3000rpms. once i get above 3000rpms runs smooth. also will not stay running at lights unless i 2foot it. any suggestions. i replaced the plugs and wires also. could it be the fuel filter? because it does need to be replaced but cant get it loose because it is so rusted. thanks for any help.
