1988 Chrysler Conquest TSI $3000 *Update*

I have a great running 88 Chrysler Conquest TSI for sale.

2.6L Turbo
5-speed Manual

Car is completely rust free. Runs and drives great. Black interior 86,000 original miles. This is a rare one of a kind hard to find car. Everything works except for the A/C which just needs to be charged. Tinted windows. Aftermarket radio with aftermarket speakers and bass tube.

The good:
Newer tires
New turbo
New head gasket and head bolts
Coolant flush and change recently done
Car is mostly stock

The bad:
A/C needs to be charged
Transmission grinds a little going into third gear but only when shifting fast
Lifters tick a little when cold.

Sweet car. That'd be nasty with a turbo ecotec swap or an srt4 swap.

Haha fun cars. I had a black 89 and a light blue 88. Easy to work on too. Changed a couple head gaskets in both of them. Good luck.
 
I have been looking for a conquest since I got rid of mine. Never saw one without rust on the rear quarters. I had two of those cars in the past. I love those cars more than any other car. Just so hard to find a clean one.

You say no rust? Anywhere? Is it a southern car?
 
I have yet to find any. No idea if it was a southern car. Maybe the previous owners weren't brave enough to drive it in the winter lol

I never really calculated it out but its like $50-$60 premium to fill the tank and I usually go all week back and fourth to work (30 miles) on one tank. That's driving with a heavy right foot too.
