Yep, E36, But I'll own an e30 some day.

damn, that's a nice little car. If I wanted to join the rest of the family in driving a BMW I'd take this for the low price. I wanted an e46 M3 but didn't want to blow all my cash on a car after getting back from Iraq.

GL with the sale.

so a 6'2" and 220 lb dude wouldnt be happy driving this as a daily? my wife has a 02 325i, pretty comparible in size?

there much smaller than the new 3 series, the small size is awesome though. feels like car turns around like its pivoting on your hips its just goes as hard as you want into corners and come out with just as much or more speed, really really fun on a curvy road.

It gets about 21 city but its hard to gauge since the odometer froze up, and my gas meter just took a shit and started wacking out. Not sure why, so i've been just making sure i put gas in it every few days until one of the two can be fixed. and yes it is fuel injected

lol depending on how much work it would take to get working, that impala is very tempting. that'd be one bad ass summer DD

I'm thinking about it. Unfortunately, I'm already $2500+ well past what you're asking for the BMW in it and just perpetually going back and forth over whether I want to keep it or not.

Right now, it's driveable- I've been DDing it 250 miles a week for the past 3 months and it's never left me down, but it inhales oil like it's going out of style (original 305 2bbl, spent $200 on having someone else rebuild the carb before I finally had the bright idea of pulling the 200 mile old plugs to discover that it was oil fouling #3 and #5). I've already got $1200 worth of aftermarket suspension pieces for it. The Camaro was bought for parts- it has a '74 4-bolt main 350 with LT-1 rods and 10:5 forged pistons, Dart Sportsman II heads, T-5, 3.23 posi rear with discs. The Impala also has all new brake lines and fuel lines, a rust free southern gas tank, GTA mesh wheels, upgraded front brakes to 3rd gen F-body 12"ers with EBC green pads, etc. It's got rust at the bottom of the quarters and doors, I have a cleaner driver's side door but haven't found a passenger side one, it's got a small hole in the driver's floor where you never put your feet and a strange L-shaped rust hole on the rear passenger floor. I have patches for the quarters and floors I sawzall'd out of another clean southern '78 Impala. I'm also hoarding a T-56 I intended to install originally. The suspension stuff are massive Hotchkiss hollow swaybars with poly bushings, Hotchkiss springs, and Bilstein sport shocks, and some boxed rear LCAs on the way because the Hotchkiss bar will rip itself out of factory LCAs if you wail on it enough.

I'm at a point where I'm not sure if I want to keep going, or get out so I can chase after the '71-'74 Celica I really want. I've driven a few E30s and liked them as well, and being an IX my interest is perked.

Here's a small handful of pictures of the Impala. I haven't taken many of it, for whatever reason.

I have since eaten the bag of doritios I previous offered, so I would now like to throw in TWO packs of gum, and a snickers candy bar with the trade.

I'm lookin for a mustang again, preferably a 5 speed foxbody

Ive got something close.. But the trans is in the rear, its only a 4 cly, it handles well, pop up headlights, gets good MPG, and., and, welllll its pretty much the oppisit of a mustang, lol.
