Well matt I believe I can answer your question. The stripe isnt going to be on the front or back and I felt it wouldnt look right going across....

no, its tight enough and there is no ridge. What you see is what you get.

Plus I really dont want to add anymore colors. If they were all dark colors maybe, but with the orange standing out like that I'm not sure how good it would look.

You could do a 1/16 silver pinstripe tape above/below orange

I didn't know if there was any bleed through at all. If you didn't want to add any more colors, a good pinstriper could put a real clean thin line on it. Maybe gray where the black/orange meet and black where the gray/orange meet. Just spitballin' here.

It's an ls1 block, Fully machined with good main caps. Says APE on it though. Lol
