1985.5 mustang svo updated pictures

Well figured I would throw up so pics of the new ride. Hope to have it alll painted and done within 3 weeks.

Not to sure what I will do with the motor. Was going to go crazy on it but think I might just do a couple little things to make it a tiny bit faster. Mainly going to keep it as original as possible. Going to re paint all blackand keep the trip the same factory grey around doors and on bumpers.
 
Well car is coming along real good. Should be in primer this weekend. But one big issue is I cant find doors so anyone know of a set please let me know need them asap i want to start spraying color next weekend.

I have a new 2.3 turbo cam,...roller followers,...and a degreeable cam (top) sprocket If you are Intrester. My buddy put this setup In his 84 GT Turbo and It woke the car up.
 
Nice project.Be sure to check out foureyedpride.com for lots of SVO tech. If you wanna get rid of those sail panels and steering wheel......just let me know. lol
 
Thanks guys. My steering wheel needs to be new the leather is messed up it sucks. Outside will all be stock and original. How much for that cam and stuff? I planon trying to wake it up a llittle but dont even have any idea what times this thing will even run now. I just want it to be a nice cruiser/car show car so I can spend some fun time with my boy he loves cars. I would like it to be a low 14 to high 13 second car but who knows what that will take.
 
well got the first coat of primer all blocked and another 2 coats of primer put on tonight. So will be blocking agian tomorrow then car will be getting painted this weekend. Hope it is all painted and back together by next weekend oh I cant wait. Then onto getting the interior right and the fun part make it go faster

figured I would share some more pictures of the progress. droped it off at the painters today should be all painted and back on the road next weekend hope the weather is nice
 
Shell is all painted will be bring it home tomorrow and take some pictures. Car should be pretty much done by the end of the week and wow does it look good
