1984 arctic cat sled cheap

1984 arctic cat sled on a trailer was last registered in 03 by my uncle and he hasnt used it since i got it about a year ago with intentions to use it but i have no time it starts off of starting fluid but once the fluid is used up it dies all it needs is the carb cleaned or maybe just a clogged line i just have no time for it $500 obo trailer included.
