Here is my latest project. First year SS with the bench seat and column shift turbo 350. I am sticking in a pump gas 454 with forged TRW's and a steel crank. Should be able to run on crappy gas and still haul some ass. I have the front end off it right now to change the bushings and add drop Belltech spindles. MVC-008S.JPG

NICE - I really like those bench seat '83s with the white head rests

Don't see many solid 83-84 SS Monte Carlos any more :(

Thanks Joe. I had a Malibu wagon just about ready to fire up and I found this and had to have it. The car is real solid for a Michigan car with over 100k on the clock. I put an 8.5 out back and a few suspension parts from Iceman. It should be able to drive to the track and run some decent times.

Cool! I regret not buying one of these a few years ago when I had the chance. Was just a 305 car with a full exhaust that sounded mean, and also a shift kit. It was also white.

Monte

I bought it in Wayne. Guy said he ran it with 383 and single wheel peel. I always like these cars and had an '82 that got the v-8 treatment before it left the stable. It was a bunch of fun to drive and comfortable.
