Up for sale I have my Chris Craft Catalina 251 she is 26' 4" LOA and has a 9' 6" beam. Boat has been in the family for 20 years and we believe we are the second owners.
powered by a chevy 305 with recent tune up and pertronix points delete with MSD coil and carb rebuild. Engine runs excellent.
New OEM prop from chris craft (purchased from henry smith in algonac)
New cutlass bearing
New dripless shaft conversion
New rudder packing
New batteries
rebuilt starter
rebuilt alternator
Cockpit area needs a little bit of love, but is not bad. I have revarnished the port side detail board recently, however the starboard side still needs to be done. the other wood trim pieces will also need to be sanded and varnished.
New gauges (not cheap ones either)
New Lowrance HDS 5M plotter GPS
Newer hummingbird depth sounder/fish finder
New stereo system with high end components 2 6" sub woofers with components, 2 6" 3ways, pioneer head unit with aux in
New Canvas 2013 - I had all the canvas on the boat redone along with all of the plastic glass. chris craft sold the boat with cheap bimini top hardware so I had it all remade in 1" stainless. the job was not cheap and is all very high quality.
Restored swim platform 2013 - shows very well. the ladder needs to be done now however.
New TC marine underwater lights, 48 watts and very bright (light blue)
LED conversion on all running lights
Interior of the boat shows little wear and is very clean, I recently had a new teak and holly floor installed. Refrigerator works great 12v or 110v. 5 gallon hot water tank. electric head. shower.
Boat comes on custom trailer built by previous owner
all in all a good all around boat. she needs some small projects done, but nothing serious. I have been slowly been restoring the boat over the past 4 years. She is very reliable and I have taken her to put in bay twice recently.
