ATM the car does not have a title..Its clean though..i just have to go to secretary of state and apply for a lost title. The car is super straight with good glass, good door panels and all of the trim. The dash panels were replaced and added a stock cluster and switch panel.

Modifications:
Moroso swith panel
Stock K-Member w/4 lug fronts (I have the 5 lug calipers)
8 Gallon Fuel Cell
Holley Blue (new, I installed)
Autometer Monster Tach with Shiftlight
Flywheel
Driveshaft
very low mileage 8.8 rear end with 3.27 gear.
front runners, and slicks (as shown in pictures)
All brand new UPR upper/lower adjustable control arms..brand new Strange 10way adjustables..UPR grade 10 hardened bolts.

The engine runs and runs well. Motor has no leaks or evidence of past leaking. I ran it a few times before I pulled the wiring and it has great throttle response. Based on the information provided to me when I purchased the car, it ran mid 11's and had the following in the engine:

302 sbf
Comp Cam
Comp Cam solid lifters
Harland Sharp Roller Rockers (I have verified this)
Comp Cam moly push rods
guide plates
ARP rocker arm studs
1965 285 HI PO heads 54cc
Manley Valves 1.94 IN 1.6 EX
TRW power forged flat top pistons
Federal Mogul racing rod and main bearing's
Ford windage tray
high volume oil pump
K&B 750 Carb
Mallory Hy-Fire Ignition

I can also throw in a built c4 trans by joel on joy..B&M 3500stall, B&M PRO SHIFTER...for extra $$$ :)

Things that need to be finished:
• Wiring -- I removed the wiring when I got the car. . ...it was a mess. The wiring to the rear of the car is still there.
• Headlight bezels (Every time I find a set. . ..they're sold!)
• I was going to carpet the car, but didn't yet.

alot of race cars dont have titles...no big deal

Maybe not to you but I'm not buying a car without one. Too risky for me. Plus it's not fast enough to be just a race car I would want to street it and you never could do that.

Buy it with bill of sale, take bill of sale to S.O.S. file for lost title. He already said in the add he will get the title. SO i'm sure if someone were to make a serious ofer, it could be worked out.

Can't you get a replacement title the same day now? If I was the OP I would get it taken care of and move the car.....

Right. When he put the add up a month ago he said he was gonna get title. Obviously there is a reason why he hasn't got it yet.
There must be a reason because the other for sale add from the PH member said the same and I'm sure the current owner thought he was gonna title it?

Exactly my thoughts. I have a Cutlass that I bought in August and I'm still waiting on the title. It's not always as easy as you think to get one.

wow thanks for the neg rep , it wasnt a worthless post , i seen many race cars sell without a title..if your buying a track only car ...
im not gonna neg rep you back ...lmao

you can always get a title if you want to street it, if your doing a straight strip car then it doesnt matter. i would personally put carpet and a back seat in it and just street/strip it with a bigger cube small block.best of both worlds
