For Sale: 1980 El Camino roller. This is a complete car minus engine and transmission. Car is very clean, has one rust hole, the rest has some minor bumps and bruises. Could be put together as is, or restored to command big dollars in resale. I bought this several years ago due to my love for this body style, but have made some changes with my plans and wont be doing this car anytime soon. So giving someone else the chance at it. Body is two tone, tan and caramel brown, interior is like a butterscoth orange color. Glass is all good, all chrome is there, frame is solid, bumpers are good, doors are mint, excellent car.
Engine I am including is a short block that needs to be rebuilt it is a 350 with 4 bolt mains. Comes with new oil pump and screen. Extra crankshaft, newer balancer, starter, alternator, freeze plugs, head bolts, new Clevite rod bearings, and main bearings. Including Black Chevrolet Air Cleaner with lifetime Barry Grant Rush 14x5 air cleaner, Black powder coated aluminum valve covers, black round push in Chevy breather, Black t bars, and valve cover gaskets. Whatever else I run across I will include as well.
Interior is in need of repair, needs seat cover, carpet is removed adn thrown away, door panels are okay, dash is better than most, not cracked on top, but not perfect either, needs headliner also.
Including 4 15x7 rally wheels two painted black on car and installed on back with 235-60-15 BF Goodrich Radial TA's. Comes with trim rings and center caps.
Great car for the money, could be done and sold for a nice profit, look on Ebay, or any El Camino site, these things sell for alot of money when done... Was a factory air conditioning car as well, I am selling with everything that I have for it..
This is not a car you just buy and drive, but this car could be done and sold for profit, it could be finished and driven, or someone could part it out and make a good amount of money on it. I dont want to part this myself. I am a car guy, have restored many myself and am very familiar with the "g" body. I know that the doors, fenders, and other parts could be sold to a guy with a Malibu or El Camino for about $400.00 for the pair, this is almost half of what I want for the whole car. I wont part it because this thing is in great condition overall and would be perfect for someone to restore

Now if you want to send me 8 nice new $100.00 legal bills, I will ggladly give the car to anyone you send. Otherwise scam someone else. Prefer local sale, come and look at this car, nice car, small investment for the chance to make some money, and if you love these cars, you know how hard it is to find a nice one to work with...
