Just as a point of reference, I helped an associate sell a tan 1979 Lincoln Town Car sedan last summer. It was a 2-owner car in PERFECT condition with only 12k miles on it. It has been kept in climate controlled storage since new: even the tires were original. It had full maintenance receipts and documents since new. We had it for sale all summer advertised locally and nationally on various Lincoln enthusiast forums. He ended up selling it for $6000.
