1977 Buick Skylark - PRICE DROP $700 - Pics added below

I've got a really clean 77 Skylark that I don't want to see go to the crusher. It runs good but won't pass the California smog test. 350 4 barrel/auto. Power windows, tilt, cruise (not working) and A/C. I put a lot of new stuff on this car to get it road worthy and now I'm stuck not being able to register it. It would make a great drag car/hot rod. $700. I motivated to get it sold so make me an offer. Car is in Joshua Tree California. Hook a trailer up and come get it.

Being from Michigan I know how hard it is to find really clean older cars, so I'd really like it to end up back there. Someone come get this thing!

I thought about that. It doesn't work that way out here. You have 20 days to register an out of state car. The fines are big if you're caught driving past that point.

I honestly don't know. I picked it up from the old lady down the way from me. Her husband passed away and it sat for the last 7 years. Without being able to register it I haven't been able to drive it very far. I'd probably trailer it.
 
$850 to get it shipped to warren michigan from Yucupia ....

I have family in Hemet that could pick it up can you get temp tags in cali?
 
$700 + $850 = Pretty nice car for $1,550 - a sweet deal.


Years ago I had a similar car (Cuttlas) in the same brown color.
I repainted it black, changed a few things & that car looked great!
