1973 'vette turn signal issues

Working on a friend of the families 1973 Corvette. The turn signals aren't working. I ran a new tail light ground, replaced the flasher with a known good one, and checked the bulbs. Any ideas? I was leaning towards a switch because the wires for the tails are also the turn signals.

what are they doing?

no brake lights, or brake lights, no signals, do the signals light up, but don't blink. etc.?

I'm a dumb ass. I seen the fuse for the tails was good so I didn't pay much more attention. The printing on the fuse panel is goofy. It's only labeled every other fuse. The back up lights fuse was blown but I didn't see how that would effect the turn signals. Put in a new fuse and they work just fine.

I fixed it before reading your post but thanks anyway. Like I said before, the labeling is pretty messed up. I thought that fuse was just back up lamps.
