1970 Pontiac Catalina Station Wagon Project

This is a project car, it's rough. No engine or trans, but it has a 9" ford with Moser axles. I got it this way. Needs front glass, the rest is good, stainless is nice, bumpers are rough. Interior is complete but dirty and rough. Has front buckets and console out if a LeMans I think. Needs driver floor pan, lower quarters on both sides, and patches in the rear wheel houses. The latches on the front doors are stuck, as is the tailgate. Manual windows and locks, power steering, power disc brakes. I haven't messed with any of it. I have a nice grill to replace the broken one. I picked this up over the summer for a winter project, but I found an old 48 Dodge truck I want to do first, and I'm gonna be dragging that home soon. If this doesn't sell by the weekend it's going into storage for the winter and maybe I'll do something with it in the spring. It's got cool lines, and I'm a sucker for old station wagons. 600/obo

If it helps I have a pontiac 400 motor and 400 Trans froma 72 lemans I can sell to get this cool old wagon on the road

I've got cool plans for it if it doesn't sell. I've got a 455 and a turbo 400 for it, I also have a 5.3 LS I could drop in, some cool torque thrust rims, and I started piecing together an air ride setup for it. I'm thinking satin gold body and a pearl white roof, polish all that stainless trim to a mirror finish, slammed down in the weeds......

Bump. Trades considered, I'm always looking for garage stuff. It's going into storage Sunday morning, so make offers!!!

After hearing your plans for it I hope you don't sell it lol. Good luck with the sake John but your build sounds very cool

Haha thanks Mike. I just have too many projects and not enough room or cash. Thank god Gary lets me keep my coronet at work or it would be on fire sale lol. The 48 truck is a big project, hopefully have it roadworthy by next spring. Then maybe I'll get rolling on this.
