Up for sale is my uncles 1951 Chevy Deluxe Sedan. My uncle passed away and I was asked to post this and help my aunt sell it. I am doing my best with what research I have done to describe this Vehicle.
*BODY*
2 door Sedan with 48,783 Original Miles.
Car has no rust, no dents. Does have scratches in the paint, none down to bear metal and a few scratches could buff out. All trim pieces are there, head lights, taillights, turn signals are all clean and functional. Windshield wipers also work. Trunk and hood function properly.
Car has the "moon" style hub caps, tires are dry rotted and will need to be replaced. Car also has leaf spring suspension and a solid axle in the rear.
*Engine*
216 Cubic inch Inline 6, Numbers matching. Factory 3 speed on the tree.
*Interior*
Gray suede interior which is beautiful, door panels and headliner, carpet all in great condition. Drivers side door handle needs work as it does not open the Vehicle from outside.
Car has sat since 1997. Fresh battery was put in last winter. Car will start and idle just fine. Drum brakes are fresh and have 0 miles on them. As far as I can tell the car was restored at one point. Overall the car is nice, not rotted out. Underneath is just as clean as the body. Well taken car of for 25 years my uncle owned it before he passed. My aunt needs the garage space and is looking to sell.
