18 Foot Car trailer 20,000 lbs tandom Axels! CHEAP!

Ok I have to move yet again and I need $ to do so. :(
I don't want to sell this but I have to. :(

Not sure on the year of it and I have no title just the Proof of plate (Has good forever trailer plate on it that I got with it.)


I rewired the whole trailer 2 years ago everything was working when last used about 6 months ago.
Its Work shop Gray rustolum paint also. Has good tires but they are dry rotting from setting and age. I have 2 spare wheels tires and all the tie downs go with it including axle straps. Has 2 5/16th" Ball mount.
Ill throw in a 2" class 3 Receiver with the ball on it with the trailer as well! the fenders set low enough that you can open the doors on most cars and clear them! This thing tows great loaded and unloaded!

I have well over $2500 into it if not more. Ill let it go for $1800 o.b.o. with wood ramps or if you want the 7000 lbs rated aluminum ones I have Ill let it go for $2000 o.b.o

Its a very solid trailer each axle is rated for 10,000lbs All Plate Diamond plate Top deck and I beam style Rails. Tires are rated at 5,000 each also.
Its a bad a$$ trailer I bought it because its beefy and can haul about anything. Has heavy duty leaf springs under it as well. No ones ever going to put what the thing can haul on it anyway. Its just a nice heavy duty trailer. Could use new fenders and tires but I have used it for 4 years the way it is without issues other than I had to rewire it and get some better ramps.

well I actually would use to to haul everything from motorcycles, cars, machinery and even forklifts which can weigh upwards of 20,000lbs. Would like to see a pic

That is a ticket waiting to happen. That plate is only good for the person whom the trailer is registered to and only for that trailer. You cant take that plate and sell it with a trailer or swap it from trailer to trailer. We did that on a small utility trailer. Got pulled over, plate for the trailer was for a flatbed not a utility trailer and it was a felony trailer. you need to get it registered in your name.

Are you sure its rated for 20k lbs? It looks like your average car hauler with standard framing.

The axels are the same ones that they use to haul Mobile homes and manufactured homes with. how much ya think one of those weighs in at??? They use 4-6 axles to move them each can carry up wards of 10,000 lbs each without issues. X2 thats 20,000 lbs
It an I beam rail trailer I would never put 20,000 lbs on it but we did have an F350 14" lift winch and heavy ass bumpers with a Power stroke on it and it had no issues with it. That well over 15,000 lbs right there :)

Trailer plate are permanent life time plates they go with the trailer cheif......

Correct even the SOS told me its fine when I renewed the plate on my Truck she said you had to sceduel an appointment to have it inspected to get a title this trailer will pass without issues but I never (And really dont have right now) the time to do so.
Its fine I have put a lot of miles and trips all over Mi. Oh and Ind. without any issues.

So you can't transfer the plate to another trailer, but you can transfer the plate WITH the trailer to another owner? I was under the impression that the trailer plate is permanent to the trailer (non-expiring) as long as YOU own it.

X2. This is what we were told at SOS. we have over 10 enclosed and open trailers. As long as YOU own that trailer the plate it good for that trailer and only that trailer. when you sell it. the plate is still yours and the new owners gets a plate on their own. This is what we were told when we had this plate issue. we transfered a plate from one to another without registering it and got a ticket.
 
Guys why is it every time some one trys to sell something on this site everyone has something negative to say all the time?? Please go start a new thread some place else on the site to do your chatter and bashing of things not in peoples for sale ad's Im honest and I am going with what I have been told by 20 0ther people its fine and if you want a new title you can file for one. I need this thing gone Im moving in 1 week and dont have time do anything other than pack my SH*T I honestly dont want to sell it but I have no choice.
I have had a lot of interested people on here other than the haters so please again go do that in someone elses post and not in mine.

FIRST $1600 at my door gets it with the aluminum ramps! :thumbsup:
