07 stingray

Well if the LS9 powers the new 'super vette' that leave the LS7 to be used in the high output Camaro/GTO/CTS-V, etc. Fun Fun!!!!:D

ls7 lifecycle was only suppose to be 2-3 years.

ls3 will take over for the ls2

ls8 will be basically a NA version of the ls9

THis is based from information that has been around from quite sometime, it is probably wrong by now. The pic on the last page, no. That was done by a magazine. All this info is out there, just need to dig to the bottom of the BS.

ugh

stingray is the rumored name, nothing official

MTI has z07 trademarked so I seriously doubt it will be called that.

I don't think GM is dumb enough to call it an SS but you never know.
Don't get all fussy. I read the article in a magazine about the Z07, so I thought that it and the "Stingray" were 2 different cars....I don't think that's too far fetched to assume. I think I'll just believe what it's called when it's actually released...every other month the name seems to change.

Can you say Escalade-V?
Cadillac will not use the 'V' designation on a vehicle that does not go 0-60 in under 5 seconds. So unless the extra power really makes that monster move a lot faster, there will never be a Escalade 'V'.

So your inside info is better than mine?

I'm not a GM guy, but it's pretty kick ass what they are doing with the Covette line. Good to see some serious American power out there....

by the sounds of it it should whoop up on the Ford GT pretty good...
