My god. this is an amazing deal. how the hell is this still for sale. I got a few friends that may be interested, I'm getting ahold of them now.

I have also had some interest in working out a trade.....and that is not completely out of the question, its just that most people have things that are worth like $10k, and I don't have that kind of money to pay off the loan. If you had something reasonable that you would like to work out a trade with let me know....but was thinking in the $3-$4,000 range for a trade plus the rest in cash. But again. $12,900 cash would take it...and it's still on Rochester Rd for now.
