ZR-1 Corvette heading NB on I-75 yesterday around 11:45 AM w/ Livernois plate frame

Don't know if it was him, but my brothers boss has one that fits the description and lives in the area. I have the plate and a rough list of mods/HP if that helps.
 
We were on 23N when I saw the car. We just wanted to give the guy a thumbs up, but he wouldn't look over. How modded is it? He did romp on it at one point, and it made a shit-ton of noise (that exhaust is loud), but only for a couple hundred feet.
 
I know that car... It has quite a few mods and makes good power. He sold a Livernois stage 3 Z06 which made 630 RWHP N/A and bought the ZR1.
