X games bid. we might have sealed the deal .

Looks like the effort going into showing the ESPN guys around was what they wanted to see. I think it would be a blast and a huge win for the city.

In all honesty, I suspect Chicago will get the bid, because it's Chicago. It has more national and international prestige than Detroit. They were impressed with Detroit's pitch, but Detroit was the first one. There are still three more that could top it.
